Table top revision.

Post by on_the_way_OUT »

We've had a number of revisions in the time I've been at RM so I know what they are. The Union Rep this morning said he'd agreed with management to do a 'table top' revision until the official one was done.

What's a table top revision???
Cheers

It's when the rep gets with his mates and moves s**t around and then claims the walks are equal.
The rest is fun.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Basically they put the lapsing on your frame so you will have it all year round and the rep will agree because mail is dropping off and it won’t make any difference to the one hour reduction as we all make time every day😀😀😀

Sounds like they are trying to avoid a full scale structural revision. I wonder why.

All offices have been placed on either the structured list or table top list. If your office is due a structured revision nothing should happen until the start up meeting has taken place. They should not be doing a table top revision. Get in touch with your area rep and ask the question why.
