so i left royal mail last week and for one last f**k you they took my final wage slip and i lost all my wages to deductions is this normal or did i piss some one off? :nana

Edit. Is this last weeks pay slip you are talking about? Hard to say anything without other information.

wasnt really by chocie dom made me feel like i would never pass probation after ive been there 6 months :nana but hey ho new job this week after leaving 3 days ago

In 8 years I've never known anyone fail probation - but you are probably far better off out of it.

If you've done less than six months, what notice did you give? If you didn't give four weeks they may have stopped your pay for that reason. Only other obvious thing is you've taken more leave than your entitlement, but its unlikely as its almost the end of the leave year.

Is it because we are paid in advance so you may have been paid for days you hadn't worked yet?

I'm guessing from your posts that you may have used more leave in the time you were with RM than you were entitled to. New starters get 22.5 days but it is accumulated over the year so you would only be entitled to about 11 or 12 days. Add to that you said you left three days before monday 22nd. If you recall when you started we don't work a week lying on so if you didn't work a full week on your last week they would deduct money for that and would deduct for any leave taken over your entitlement.
