It can be a very stressful and claustrophobic environment, and that's even without taking the sorts of pernicious activities colleagues and managers get up to.

Yes! And also feel under pressure from people who gets in early and make sly remarks about people coming in on time and managers moaning about people taking breaks and claiming overtime too many parcels in van trying to get 2 walks in the van feeling knackered every day! It’s really not enjoyable anymore

A lot of the units are very intimidating places, worse than school, if they c you talking to somebody they don’t like they will blank you, spreed rumours about you even threaten you, I got out & now much happier

I can imagine the workplace can be very intimidating especially for new recruits.
The place is full of foul mouthed sexists ,racist ,backstabbing people.
There is no political correctness practiced at my Delivery Office.
You get to know who they are and don’t associate with them.

If you are easily offended I would choose another employer.
The management are to blame.

I think you have to take it day to day and if to much work then work your hours and if work load is doable complete and work your hours 👍🏻
