How many of you actually did this?,at my office the line manager gathered us in small groups and told us about it.They could not of cared less if we didn't not.

Royal Mail

Why wouldn't you trust a company that tells you for the past year that they are losing millions every week. Then after agreeing a 1% pay rise for this year based on this false information they report expected profits of £500 million a few weeks later now revised to £700 million.

They won't be ignored RM will just spin along the lines of -- Nearly a third of our workforce love their job,
Instead of two thirds of the workforce hate their job.

Bit like how the CWU stated "over 90% of people voted in favour of the deal", conveniently ignoring that more than half the membership did not even vote.

I don't trust RM to take any notice of the results. These surveys always feel more like a box ticking exercise
