Get in touch with the HR regarding missing OT payments

Hi,

I been trying to get hold of a memeber of the HR team to talk about missing OT. The automated system says that the enquiry should come through a manager?
The no i dialled was 03456060603.
Is there any other alternative contact no?

Have you spoke to the person who inputs the O/T, Dom support or Staffing first

Sounds like he’s fobbing you off. He’s the one who should be putting in your OT.

Was it to do with missing ot from last week by any chance?

Guys in our office are missing o.t every week anything from couple hours to 12 hours dom always says he put it through

Then they come in the following week and do o.t again for them again

Hi ,

I managed to get a reply from the HR dept. Used the Ask a Pay question through the APP. Received an excel sheet with the full breakdown of the salary for the 26th of February. Few hours are missing that week and the last week as well. They will be included in the next week salary.
