The new pay rise comes into effect 26th Feb 2021.
Its a letter showing how the old pay rate seperates from the new pay rate. Its backdated to April 1st 2020 and will all be paid in feb 26th 2021. However overtime in the week of 19th of April pay day will be dealt with seperately and paid later ..(like xmas final week overtime)

It is for information on when if overtime is keyed into the system when you will be payed possibly a week or so later as they need to calculate back pay and other things!
