Issue of stage warnings
What are people’s views on this, are they always issued by the boss,I had one and read the standard drivel as to he’s given it careful consideration and decided to issue it,would they use common sense if it’s a continuing condition caused by ill health medical condition etc, after 40/years I get the need to manage any form of absence etc, could it result eventually into stress and go hand in hand with health and well being etc, which they bark on about any positive good stories from this?keen to advertise the fact that it’s available but does it work and support you?

Re: Issue of stage warnings
Think the kind of approach your looking from a manager has changed in last few years now its 99% stage given unfortunately. iv'e been there not in too distant past but things are changing rapidly with regards to stages.not in our favour either.with long term ill health i would hazard a guess that ohs would be your best guidance.robbertwhitton wrote: ↑05 Feb 2021, 22:30What are people’s views on this, are they always issued by the boss,I had one and read the standard drivel as to he’s given it careful consideration and decided to issue it,would they use common sense if it’s a continuing condition caused by ill health medical condition etc, after 40/years I get the need to manage any form of absence etc, could it result eventually into stress and go hand in hand with health and well being etc, which they bark on about any positive good stories from this?keen to advertise the fact that it’s available but does it work and support you?
