Re: Back Pay
It will be voted in as I expect plenty of people will see the pay offer and not see the following unresolved issues.
1. Delivery Guidelines for table top revision
2. Delivery guidelines for structural revision
3. processing guidelines
4 collections guidelines
5. Network guidelines
6. Area Distribution guidelines
7 future Delivery Agreement
8.Future Processing Agreement
9. Reviewing the Parcel network
10 Agreeing the staffing levels and ways of working for new parcel hubs.
11. Conclusions of the Productivity working group.
12. Review of Sundays
13. New products and services discussions
14. New incentive scheme for employees
15. Introduction of Dedicated parcel duties
16. Roll out scan in scan out process
17. Resource scheduler trial
18. Review of Fleet
19. Review of parcelforce
20. USO discussions
21. Improving culture in the workplace
22. Review of the IR agreement removing the DRP
23 Guidelines for International / property and facilities
24 , Negotiations on attendance policies.
However the key principles for all of the above and the starting point are contained within the Pathway to Change Agreement

Re: Back Pay
Subject to a yes vote, if I remember rightly from previous pay rises, the pay increase is the week following the ballot result, that would be 12th February and the back pay is paid the following week, which would be 19th February. However, there is no guarantee it will happen like this this time.

Re: Back Pay
The bigger picture is everything in the agreement and not just a pay rise or back pay, PAL.poptart wrote: ↑01 Feb 2021, 18:52. What are we giving up forever??Marshamp11 wrote: ↑01 Feb 2021, 18:45Remember the pay rise is for today, what you give up for it is forever.

Re: Back Pay
I take it everyone who has voted no will now withdraw there union membership as the agreement is so s**t. cant see the point of still paying weekly fee's if so against what is coming to us all.frankieboy wrote: ↑01 Feb 2021, 19:49The bigger picture is everything in the agreement and not just a pay rise or back pay, PAL.poptart wrote: ↑01 Feb 2021, 18:52. No of course not, you don't just have to agree with the heads of the union on everything. Otherwise what would be the point in a vote at all?
