If you suffer from sciatica, lower back or even neck pain try this gadget. Had this just over a week, 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night. Still a way to go but reaping the benefits already, even sleeping better. Just search back stretcher got mine for £15, best £15 i've ever spent.

I suffer from middle back pain, feels like a trapped nerve pain. Just bought myself a back roller so will see how that goes.

Can be a bit painful the 1st couple of times but it's putting your spine into its proper position. Amazon yes, all sorts on there and different prices, just search back stretcher.
