Peeing on delivery

Due to the news that a postie was unfairly sacked and has now won 40k(and so rightly so)
What are views on peeing on delivery.

My view is that it's an issue that RM should address but consistently ignore.

People with vans have at least a reasonable chance of being within a few minutes of a toilet (in normal circumstances). But those on trolley jobs often have nowhere available.

Another thing that RM (or the CWU) do not care about. Make your own arrangements has always been the attitude from managers. Now a lot of those arrangements have gone due to covid closures, there are often no facilities.

Been there,done that,always have,I have my secluded spots on my rural round if needed,sack me then !,yet another thing they put in place revwelfare breaks etc,not followed up as to if the actualy exist.are they updated and confirmed on the walk log as to if and where these proper stops and facilities are!!so do you ask your uninterested boss where you should go on your round and if they still exist?.

Virtually impossible to find a place not overlooked by windows or security cams, hard in Summer to balance being hydrated but not so much that you need to worry about finding somewhere to piss, just as hard in Winter when the cold hits your bladder.
I'm lucky on my route that I have options, but I still only just make it some days, other routes in the office would be very trying
