Hi all , I am off isolating , family member in household tested positive for virus , I got notified via NHS app, I have no symptoms, notified manager asp ,
Will I loose annual leave , due to return on 4th jan 21, thanx

I would say you would be given back the holidays.
There must be some guideline or people who have been face in the same situation who can be more helpful

All those who were off shielding for near 5 months lost any holidays they had booked. so not 100% sure.

I am not on leave , was due back Tuesday, but got notification to isolate on sunday , I have no symptoms, family member is though unfortunately, will royal take 3 days leave from me ie Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday,

Anyone I know in the office who had leave booked but was told to isolate via the App all had their leave taken off them but if you tested positive and had leave booked it was returned to you.

Sorry thought you was on leave. if you've been notified by app will not not go down as sick.an no they can't take leave off you isolate for 10 days as you have been told to do.
