Sackings

Post by robbertwhitton »

Would you say the bosses are upping there game to get rid of staff at every opportunity on the smallest of things within the conduct code? Any nightmare stories of this that you simply couldn’t make up?i would imagine they aren’t best pleased when they come up against someone who isn’t rude, awkward,or nasty, but simply knows his/her stuff within rules and procedures etc and won’t be bullied.

You might be surprised. I know of a lad that did that nothing happened, I think the higher up management agreed with his views. The manager got moved on though!!
