Ive never understood what scheduled attendance is, despite having it explained to me on here before 😂

Anyone want to try and help me understand?

So 40 odd pence more than normal. Don't think I'll be signing for any of that. Sure it was written on a board at work that it was more, maybe it's just for Sunday's ? that it's £13+

Schedule attendance is an agreement to provide cover for work.
It is guaranteed overtime against a set workload. I
It is paid while you are on holiday.
It is paid at a higher rate but is (supposed to be) limited to 12 hours/week.
It is also one of the reasons part time staff can't get an increase in their contracted hours.
I hate it with a passion. It is anti trade unionism.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Thats up to you but don't post anything you have no clue about.. just incase you put people off signing for them.sundays is around £14-53 not 100% but not far off ot

Was for working Sunday so be happy with £14 odd
