The most annoying for me is the whole PT/FT situation and the farce that is holiday pay. It’s disgusting how this is still ongoing. Who’s working on the case, the lawyer from miracle on 34th Street?!

People who can’t prep. I once took a few loops which had been thrown in by the duty holder. On a street that was 1, 3, 5, 7 etc the mail was in a really random order - 1, 11, 3, 25, 7, 9, 5, 7, 5, 11, 9. Infuriating. I must have taken a third of the loop back. There’s no excuse.
Ghost OT. People allowed to start early and finish early. Stupid deals like working your day off every week unpaid in return for extra weeks annual leave. It goes on here.
