How does one access this? It doesn't recognise my payroll number when I try to register.
Contacted HR who told me to contact my line manager. Told my line manager who wasn't that bothered about it.
Only been employed for 4 months.
Does this get done automatically or do I need to speak to someone on a phone somewhere?

You should have access from day one, albeit you won't be able to take advantage of all the offers as some aren't available until one years service.
Give HR another call as this is not an issue for your line manager to sort out.
