Are staff using cars to meet van driver out on delivery?? Surely they wouldn't be taking a full delivery in their cars, they would need a big 4x4 to get all the bags in!
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Can’t believe people are so willing to use their own cars on delivery. Wear and tear on your vehicle, and unless you have business insurance you’ll be up s**t creek in an accident. Stop doing favours for a company that doesn’t respect you!

Ordinary business insurance will not cover in an accident if you are carrying mail. You'll need courier insurance for that. They're asking for trouble as there has been cases in the past where the car has been confiscated.
