Tracked getting better service than specials

well they are, a special is twice as much and doesn't include a text .They are too big and include microwaves etc and expensive items.
Specials nowadays consist of a few items and cheap imports.
Until rm review their prices , were all fcked .
Also a small parcel can be a plug or a pair of boots at the same cheap price!.
Were all working hard while rm earn very little profit.
Rant over for now.

The "Special" service has been devalued! I have delivered boxes of Monster Munch as a "Special"!!!

A fair bit of what used to be sent as SDs now gets sent as Tracked. Locally what we send out to the DOs as SDs, probably well over half is foreign specials

I suspect you must be in an area without prime next day delivery with Amazon using their own drivers?

I think a lot of people only used specials in the past for the tracking as until Tracked came out, SDs were the only product tracked at every office it passes through and scanned on delivery. I wonder if long term RM will merged recorded, SDs and Tracked into a single product or Tracked and recorded at least

Correct. We cover mostly rural areas so Amazon won’t come out our way.
