Depends on how many years. It will tell you in your contract.

Only 2 years in and I don't think I have ever seen a contract.

2 years in probably 4 weeks then.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It changed about 3 years ago if I remember correctly. But if before its 1 week, if after 28 days.
