No pay directly for isolation? Paid via other sources
Any one had a similar situation where some people are getting paid directly from the company and others are not ?

I have edited my post, wasn't the clearest. We have had situations where some people are paid directly, annual leave is to be used, or paid on behalf of another organisation(don't know if its the full pay though)
