Theres no arguing with stupid, so just do what you can for you. Personally i genuinely have a med exempt but even ive agreed to wear the visors as it wont make any difference to me.

Anyway being serious for a minute it is your business. What is it they say “health & safety is everyone’s responsibility”. Report them to a rep, h&s or hr......maybe all 3.

Are you in the CWU, Worn Out Donkey? If so, have a chat to your rep. I know that the CWU has grown weak over the past few months, but threatening behavior in the work place should never be tolerated. The union ought to look into this matter.

Well that’s a bit of a defeatist attitude isn’t it if everybody is like that nothing would get done and we would get walked over constantly, we have health and safety for a reason you need to stand up yourself in this world Oe else you get walked over , if the guys not happy about it he should contact health and safety rep who will sort this out regardless with the managers wearing one or not
