Then your fighting a losing battle, wear your mask, distance as much as you can, do your job and go home.Worn Out Donkey wrote:Oh the manager was one of the people not wearing a mask, there's no sense in my office.2yearpostie wrote:if you dont know there medical history id keep your nose out, the managers will also have noticed.

That's a bit defeatist.2yearpostie wrote: Then your fighting a losing battle, wear your mask, distance as much as you can, do your job and go home.
But yeah, what I did in the initial wave of Covid, I just came in late and avoided the office when people were around. I can go back to that I'm sure.

Theres no arguing with stupid, so just do what you can for you. Personally i genuinely have a med exempt but even ive agreed to wear the visors as it wont make any difference to me.Worn Out Donkey wrote:That's a bit defeatist.2yearpostie wrote: Then your fighting a losing battle, wear your mask, distance as much as you can, do your job and go home.

Tip em the wink, watch management collectively s**t themselves, then report THEM to HSE as a health risk.

Ask the H&S rep what he's doing about it?

Don’t ya know that real man don’t wear masks. Same as they wear shorts all year round. Anyone who wears a mask and goes back into trousers is a poof!!!!
Anyway being serious for a minute it is your business. What is it they say “health & safety is everyone’s responsibility”. Report them to a rep, h&s or hr......maybe all 3.

Are you in the CWU, Worn Out Donkey? If so, have a chat to your rep. I know that the CWU has grown weak over the past few months, but threatening behavior in the work place should never be tolerated. The union ought to look into this matter.

Well that’s a bit of a defeatist attitude isn’t it if everybody is like that nothing would get done and we would get walked over constantly, we have health and safety for a reason you need to stand up yourself in this world Oe else you get walked over , if the guys not happy about it he should contact health and safety rep who will sort this out regardless with the managers wearing one or not2yearpostie wrote:Then your fighting a losing battle, wear your mask, distance as much as you can, do your job and go home.Worn Out Donkey wrote:Oh the manager was one of the people not wearing a mask, there's no sense in my office.2yearpostie wrote:if you dont know there medical history id keep your nose out, the managers will also have noticed.
