It's probably no better than fifty, fifty that anyone gets this extra bank holiday. It is a bit premature to be planning on the basis that someone of the Queen's age will still be alive and kicking in over 18 months time.

That would be a major embarrassment if we didn't

Imagine a company with Royal in the title not observing a holiday for the Queen. In this case I think the chances are better than evens that we will, if Liz doesn't meet her maker in the meantime. But if she does I think well get a day off for the state funeral.

us + retail + hospitals + police ++++++..... move on. The others will also be working the bank holidays too.
