are we still the communications union ? , because it has been a bit quiet over the last 5 weeks since we last had any info off terry but that was only telling members not to van share as it wasnt agreed with them  , and it has been at least 7 weeks we had heard anything about our dispute which we was told some would have been sorted by July (1 year pay deal with no strings) , so the way i see it is the cwwho have agreed to all the trials the company wanted , they have also agreed to collections which has just added to a more pressure to staff , as most offices are under staffed and the workload is unmanageable and b&h has increased with xmas , a second lock down and still nothing  , and last week there was a post by a pec member stating that the union would NOT re ballot during the coronavirus ( so where paying money to get f****d over ) , and then yesterday jp morgan are saying that the company have the upper hand as the cwu have said that they wont do anything during the coronavirus :thumbdown ,so what is the difference btw us an bt ? during this s**t time regarding i/a . and so just to sum up the company have bypassed the union on van sharing :no no , bypassed them on the use of face coverings indoors :no no , they have got what they wanted in trials and increasing workload which is physically and mentally affecting members :no no , and yet they still say or do nothing , so how many more members are f****d of with the way we are being treated and paying for the pleasure of it ?

The voluntary return of van share was announced by the company after the CWU person they'd been speaking to had gone on leave.

Face masks in the office was announced by the company without having the CWU make a joint statement.

By making those announcements like that it seems that the company view the CWU with contempt, so quite possible the CWU view the members in the same way

Yep the Non-Communication Union. What's the betting we just end up with a small one-off payment as our rise ( decided on contract hours of course! ).

Am getting really pissed off with this bunch now - local reps no better - we have only just stopped triple lapsing.. now down to double...whoopee !

Serious questions need to be asked about the leadership of terry and Dave. From what I’ve read they are on around 70k and 100k per year respectively. Does anybody think they have came anywhere near being worthy of that kind of salary? How many hours are these two men working? Are they at it every day including weekends to get this sorted? I doubt it. Probably a couple of zoom meetings on Wednesday and Thursday, quickly told to f**k off by Royal Mail then repeat the process the next week.
And whenever you ask them what they are doing on the Facebook comments the CWUs response is “support your union” or “you are the union”. Oh so I’m the union am I? Where’s my 70k a year then. It’s like a weird cult where you are never allowed to criticise the dear leaders. Glad I cancelled my Subs last month.

Not sure whether you're being serious or not - there's no difference in payments that RM might give out to staff whether you're a union
member or not. I'm sure it would be bordering on illegal if RM did that. When RM say they're giving a bonus to CWU grade employees,
it pretty much means everybody and it's been negotiated/agreed through or with the union.
