Part time start times

Our manager has moved some of the part-time staffstart times forward between 15mins and 1hr. He said he can do this to pt staff but not full-time. The union have said he can't but have been told he contacted hr and the union for clarification. Who is right

Your contract may say , Flexibility , You may have to adjust your working hours to match your route

The manager can not, by law, treat part timers differently to full timers.

Starting time moved 90 mins, gonna leave me finishing in the dark. Is it worth talking to rep?

Yes, you have concerns and they are your representative. Hopefully, they will advise you which is the best course of action to take.
