Your leave isn’t taken in days anymore it’s taken in hours . It will all be dependent on the amount of hours you work a week and your shift pattern .

Im a 30 hour a week contract but make up the extra hours by doing IP and have done for a good few years now ...Always the same hours
I'm not the only one on a 30 hour contract infact most off the office is part time hours but the other part timers are still getting their 5 weeks , Everyone of them apart from me

It was four and a half weeks when I started 12 years ago, went up to five weeks at some point, maybe 10 years in, but as I buy the maximum additional holidays I didn't really notice.
How do you manage to get three weeks summer holiday though?

If ita the week after the year that week is split between 2020/2021 & 2021/2022 so ask for this years leave sheet too see other 2 days in this years 3 days in next years

No-one gets exactly five weeks leave. It's always based on a five day week and the leave is allocated like this.
0-5 years service -22.5 days
5-15 years service -23.5 days
15-20 years - 26 days
20+ years 30 days.
Shift patterns and working days per week can make a difference to leave. Before anyone can explain we would need to know a few things. Have you got unbroken service? How many days a week do you work?
Are sure you haven't got five weeks plus the three days? I hear there's a drive to use up all carried over leave.

This could also be the PSP system making it look like that. The leave cards for this year showed only three days leave for some weeks because PSP cuts off on April 1st. Is it the week around that time that's only showing three days?
