overtime
Any mention of overtime in a contract has to be specific, ie one hour per day or minimum five hours per week etc.newpostyco13 wrote: it says over time is in the job in 9.2 of my contract
Stating 'overtime must be done when required ' or 'reasonable amount of overtime ' is just the company trying it on. It not worth the paper its printed on. Who's to say what is or isn't reasonable?
Tell your manager if/ when you want to work your contracted hours and let him deal with it.
