Hi there. I had a union rep present for a couple of meetings in August 2019.
I could now do with a copy of the notes he took but despite promising to ‘look for’ the notes they haven’t turned up yet so I doubt he’s still got them!
This is related to an employment tribunal so pretty important.. is there a set time that notes should be held for by a rep? Or is he within his right to get rid of them since the meetings were over a year ago?

How long should rep hold notes?
What sort of notes are we talking about and in what kind of setting, i.e notes taken in a conduct meeting or attendance?
