As of Monday masks are to be worn , does this mean the sorting frames will be reopened as Christmas is coming because its going to be chaos without it .

Same in our delivery office. Hasn't been happening lately.
Same with the change in Special Delivery times: No upcoming changes in our office.

Let me say this clearly to y'all:

THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY WITH ROYAL MAIL'S POLICIES IN ALL THE UK DELIVERY OFFICES! PERIOD!
