Attendance Review

Post by rodtheplod »

I have been invited to an attendance review.
On the paper work one of the absences in the review is when I had to isolate for 14 days due to COVID 19.
Should this be included as an absence for a review?
Also an emergency appointment for a dentist has been included, should this be on the review?
Thanks.

It will be on the sheet because the absence will still have to be recorded but it shouldn’t be used against you in the stage process.

In the event it issued as a stage 1 or other keep the paper work when it comes to a stage 3 or RTU you will have all the documents that relate to your illness or Isolation by the governments edicts and you abided by them so should your employer but keep the paperwork.
