SuccessFactors how to login?

I've followed all the instructions, e.g. first time user enter your paynumber as login ID and national insurance number as password. But it just says invalid username and password...... But Ive followed exactly what the website tells me to do. Wtf????

When inputing your password as your national insurance number the end letter must be small...

Eg JL678821n

Did that mate. Will ask other people at work today if they had same problems as me and my manager too and maybe phone HR if no luck. Thanks though

Your ID is your pay number, password is your NI number with the first two letters uppercase and the last letter lowercase.

Still no luck logging in, says invalid username or password even though I’ve entered my details correctly including upper case letters where required, grrr

Thanks for that, but still the same outcome using that link and doing 'XX' and 'x' with the NI number.

Weird that link no longer works. The URL jumps straight from login to company and can't get back to login page. Bloody Royal Mail s**t IT systems!

Not sure then, it works fine for me.
Maybe clear your browser cache and cookies and try again?

Edit: it works fine on my PC but not on my iPad, strange.
