hi, wont go into too much detail, i was given stage 2 September 13th last year, had a sickness march 2020 which triggered a 3, got asked by manager if ok to refer to ohs because i triggered a 3, this was april, not heard anything since if it gets to 13th September itll be a year since my 2 waw issued surely this is wrong, advice needed

Your Area Rep(that's who should be dealing with a stage 3 :roll: ) should be able to get you off as going from March to the present day without the stage 3 meeting being attempted/concluded is rather excessive even with the excuse of Covid matters.
I'm pretty shocked that they haven't been in touch and taken advice from ohs as they are usually really keen to fire people off these days. :hmmmm
