COVID-19 Poll have you had it?

Post by k979aaa »

Just want to gauge the state of the infection if you have had it or think you had it as always you can talk about how it affected you.
As for me thought I had it before the nation went into lock down 160 days ago is it that long?
However I want your thoughts on this this is an open forum and am looking forward to some insight.

When I thought I had it was before lockdown I did not have a fever nor a persistent cough just a tinkle in the back of throat really bad sinus pain ears nose balance was gone dizzy nauseous vomiting the sh***s like you would not believe no appetite for 3 or 4 days then felt ok for a week or two then very breathless then i realised could not smell things that others could it was kind of weird. But the breathlessness lasted for a few months also with that was a dull pain in the back when taking deep breaths. So I bought a an OXIMETER it measures the oxygen in the blood when I first used it it said 88% for weeks on end now it is 97% make of that what you will I am not a doctor but my illness was long distressing at times with all the news pictures but I am still alive others probably did not have the same outcome as me I am lucky l guess.

Who has ever had flu? me never had it that I know of but others get it very bad never been diagnosed with it could of had it and did not know that I had had it.? Not saying Covid-19 is flu but it is a virus of which there is no doubt some people die of flu but more will die of Covid-19 and it's consequences not just the physical aspects of it but mental and economic which go hand in hand. We pump billions of pounds to keep people in jobs to make people fat and endanger their health by the eat out to help out scheme why not invest in personal trainers for us all like Boris has at £156 an hour might just as well say f**k this job. And become a pt running fat pigs around a park in London no chance of being mugged the diplomatic protection squad will pump 30 rounds in anyone who offers him a milkshake.

Lol..
All the smart people in the world with Phds and years of experience in the field have got it wrong and all the guys sitting in their bedrooms mentally and literally masturbating over Game of Thrones and the David Ikes of this world have worked it all out?

If it was to stop demonstrations it's not doing a very good job is it.

There's been 2 or 3 confirmed cases of re-infection. iirc with each it was a different strain from their first infection which must call into question whether herd immunity is viable. If being immune doesn't mean immunity to any mutation of the virus then it might end up having to be like flu. They choose a selection of the worst variants to vaccinate people against with a different set of the worst variants being chosen the next year

I did have a fairly bad cold at the beginning of the present scare but didn't think that it was the so called covid19 I choose to believe in the alternative germ theory idea that we all carry numerous virus's naturally and disease is caused by an overloading of toxins.

I don't know of anyone that has had the virus. I have talked to some customers on my walk who think they felt unwell at some point and may have had it but no actual confirmed cases. It does seem to mainly effect people with existing life threatening conditions who are mostly over 60 and the migrant population for undefined genetic reasons and to do with dietary reasons such as cooking in clarified butter. If you are not in these two groups or associate with these people you are unlikely to contract it. Another major way to contract it is to meet up with people who have visited or gone on holiday to the areas with high numbers of infection such as northern Italy etc.

Did your DOM tell you that?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I have to say, I don't think there was a need to mention dietary reasons (such as clarified butter), Celgar. There's no evidence of a connection to COVID-19 there, and nor is there evidence that it's a genetic matter. It's more of a socio-economic issue that COVID-19 sadly affects ethnic minorities according to scientific reports.

Well I am not getting into debates about culinary habits or other things about minority's. But back to the virus they say PHE that we have 1976 cases yesterday is this virus about travel or about schools reopening either way the government will react sooner or later. And if and when they do what do you all think they will stop first travel or schools or just lockdown the whole nation again?

I think the first thing Boris will shut will be all pubs and bars. Seems to be a few outbreaks that can be traced back to pubs and bars
