Can you explain exactly what you think will happen next year? If you do your job properly, what exactly can they do to us?
I don't use a car and start on time and pretty much work to my time every day, so what exactly is there to fear, unless you were on an extremely easy duty?
They cannot make us work over, or use our cars. Moving us all over every day will simply fail. I've seen them try it already and it doesn't work. Too many mistakes are made. It will happen on a limited scale as it always has.
Summer efficieny was always going to happen at some point, but once they have this, annualised hours will take a running jump.

Can't say much about D2Ds and pensions yet, but lets wait and see.
