why am i not surprised................

so our union rep today tells us,
that rm management have not agreed to the early saturdays..which means that this new deal is now being put on hold..until talks have been sorted..

so if the deal is being put on hold until further talks.does this mean that it is back to square one..
also if the deal is put on hold does this also mean that we will not be getting our £350 next week..

our union rep seems to think that if the deal has been suspended, then that means that we wont be getting any money, until our union again backs down and lets royal mail have it all thier own way..
i mean this deal was f***ing s**t.yet it came in and now royal mail have got what they want..they are yet again

turning us over,by backing away from on the early saturdays, and also probably theyre going to refuse to pay us our £350 next week if the talks dont get sorted..

in all honesty did anybody seriously think we were actually going to get that money anyway...

the way r.m have acted over the last 6 months...this doesnt surprise me one bit,...........................

we had this crap as well here in south wales ..... dom was lucky cause we nearly all walked out over it ..... union rep asked us to stay in cause there is a meeting with cwu and rm on friday regarding sat start times
agreement clearly states start times to revert back so i cant see what the meeting is about
this will drag on till after the xmas pressure and the cwu will cave in over it we need it sorted by the end of this week at the latest

''START TIMES

• Following Royal Mail’s implementation of start times we have now successfully negotiated that Saturday start times and the overall length of attendance will revert back to the previous situation.

All offices will now have the opportunity to review those changes locally.''

our rep told us this morning..that the new deal is on hold as rm bosses will not agree to the saturday start times..

how they cant agree it,when they put it in as part of the deal..which also has been voted in,is beyond me...but our rep said that the deal is being put on the back burner..

whether or not that also includes our £350 owed next week is anybodies guess.

but knowing royal mail,we wont be getting that anytime soon..
