MONMOUTH
Just checked list and no one owns up to it but it does have a certain rep during the recent difficulties.

Monmouth had some real major issues during the Industrial Actions. Initially there was only one girl who striked. Most of the dead-heads in Monmouth then set about intimidating her by waving wage slips in her face on her return to work and making her life miserable. This was also endorsed by some levels of management. Eventually the union was called in to help her and I believe there was an investigation between RM and CWU. I would guess the individual you are referring was probably moved away from the office instead of being sacked for their discracefull behaviour. I think one or two went out on strike with the girl in question out of sympathey the longer it went on. Just goes to show what kind of people we work with

Hi, Would just like to say the person who transferred I believe had nothing to do with the strike but was over another far more serious matter with another colleague, and the transferred person chose to move after the investigation.
