TM1/DDS task

Hi all,

I am just wondering if doing the TM1/DDS is now a managers task or a blue shirt task?

Any changes to the DDS/TM1 should only be made with the agreement of the DOM and CWU Rep. problem is CWU headquarters only recognise's the previous version called Duty Builder and doesn't recognise The DDS as they say its un-agreed tool (which it is) but this leaves Royal Mail management to make changes without input from the CWU
and this could affect the hours in the office and staffing levels. hopefully, some agreement can be reached during the current talks.
