No.

Used to be able to, but now it has to be done by a mechanic or a postie who has done the training ( usually the locker guys).

Oh and don't be tempted to change one when you're out on delivery or whatever.

If something goes wrong and you crash or sumnat, even if it's nothing to do with the wheel, you could lose your job or worse.

It's a complete pain in the arse for such a simple job, but always call the RAC.

Yes just as I thought, yes I have no intention of changing a wheel, tho others have, the coach has changed them having I guess adequate training? Then I thought it had to be checked by workshop so what’s the point?.ive had a two hour wait for the rac to attend and still get quizzed by boss why I couldn’t complete my delivery ?.

whilst on collection one Saturday at about 11:15 i had a puncture, I called the breakdown bods off of the PDA a few of times and the office to inform them. Eventually get an ETA from the breakdown bods and call the office again, by now it was just before 12. For some unfathomable reason my earlier calls had not prompted any action from breakdown, shocker, i know. So i call the office once more to let them know the situation.
"Can you stay out and finish the collection, because we have no one to relieve you?"
"No" i said,
"but there's no one here to come out to you".
I replied " i understand what you've said" .
"so will you stay out then?" .
"No" i said, "oh and your PDA is running very low on power, these phone calls have really drained it, i am concerned it wont last another hour and breakdown are supposed to call me with an update"

Strange thing was, 15 minutes later someone turns up to take my keys off me to do the remainder of the collection, yet it takes a good 10 minutes if you're lucky to get to where i was.
best Saturday in a long time, and to cap it off i got back in time to park up and secure the van, didn't go over.
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP

On a Saturday 6 houses to go around some woods i deliver in, pulled up to a box on a stake i always just reach out of the window to deliver pulled away in reverse and ripped the front sidewall on a rock.
3 hour wait for someone to turn up from the other side of London! to change the tyre.
All done i head off finish the last couple of houses and start my way back to the office.
About 3 miles down the road going up a hill i slow down for a cyclist, go to drop a gear and the clutch goes!
Managed to crash it into first and make the top of the hill and pull into a close.
2 hour wait for the RAC entertaining various passing customers "What the f*** you done now" etc.
RAC man can't fix it so have to tow it to the nearest workshop at the mail centre.
RAC man takes me back to the DO with minutes to spare before a gate to the trading estate our office is in gets locked for the weekend with my car inside.
Possibly my worst Sat ever.
The following week i ask the guy at the house if that rock has always been there.
He replied "Oh you know what happened the parcelforce guy knocked the box over and i had to hammer it back in about 6 inches further back".
He then kicked the rock into a ditch.
