Anyone on here wear a fit bit on thier round? just im certain it over exagerates what steps we take. Is there a way to properly calibrate it or some sort of figure to minus off what the watch says ?

The iPhone apps have me doing between 16-21k steps. The most I've done is about 24k

Who knows if its accurate or not.

Better off with a Garmin or suchlike GPS watch if you want to know how far you walk. Measure your stride if you want to work out your steps.
