Handed in my notice today, just wondering what happens with my pension? Does it go on pause?

If you have NRA60 & NRA65 benefits they will continue to increase with CPI inflation until you take them. The DBCBS will increase by a discretionary amount each year.

If you're in the RM Defined Contribution Plan with Scottish Widows(formerly Zurich), you have a pot of money which will continue to fluctuate in value in line with your chosen investments. You can still change those investments at any time.
