can anyone tell me who would be able to deal with a situation that i truelly believe needs attention, because as a employee i can not believe i do not have the right to make a complaint against an employers protical which i believe is Contradictorily.
would HQ be the first port of call or would ACAS be the first port of call as i can not believe the information i have been given would stand in a european court of law for human rights.
if further information is required i would be able to assist.
I'd try the old 'friend of a friend' letter to the Daily Mail, they can't stand us, or the Telegraph, if it's publicity you want. Otherwise, if it's a legal issue, try citizens advice. The union probably wouldn't want to make waves at this time and ACAS were pretty useless during the strikes.

its not publcity at all, its the fact that how on one hand your employer can sympathise that an industrial injury you recieved which was not your fault and you have not been given a blameworthy for and the person that caused your injury has been counselled under the conduct code for not abiding by royal mail standards but on the other hand be pedantic and ridicule a situation by giving you a warning under the attendance procedure for not attending regular work when a (GP) and Atos Origin both agree that the absences from work was unfortunately unavoidable
That's typical RM! I was under the impression that an accident on duty could not result in a stage warning. Maybe this is RM's way of getting rid of Full Timers, injure someone deliberately, then conduct code them, I think your DOM is after brownie points with his boss.
"Hey boss, guess what I did, conduct coded someone following an AOD!"
"Well done, hope it was a full timer."
"Yes boss it was."
"Excellent, have another bonus you little toe-rag."
"Thanks boss."
If the line manager who gave the stage 1 or 2 has not written his/her reasonings over not discounting the AOW (culpapility) then I believe that you would be entitled to put a grievance in against them. If the issuing of the stage results in a stage 3 then at the stage 3 this should be highlighted by your rep who in turn should point out that a tribunal would ask why this procedure was not followed out. Hope this helps. Like Lenin said use the tools they give you.

quite understand where you are coming from, but i also can not understand why an employees integretie should be persecuted in such a way, do our employers who live on this small little planet in the middle of nowhere realise that we are all trying to get by untill we die, so why do they get great pleasure in f***ing people off, is it just for there own sick pleasure because they feel they are invinsable

the recent vote might give you a tiny clue why they treat us like a bunch of c***s
