due to the withdrawal of letter delivery on the saturday we are now seeing the knock on effect
monday letters only being taken where your going with packets and parcels
tuesday letters now being left in frames as well to complete parcel delivery
following day off going in to double or treble mail
deals being made for individuals while others penalised
well done cwu for agreeing to cooperate with this strategy
opgs now under more pressure and stress before this policy
no way does it take pressure of delivery staff
mgmt using pandemic to cover their own failures is rife
but make sure tracked go out wonder why bonuses affected corrupt mgmt

Let the architects take the plaudits. Just go to work, do your stuff then go home again.

Cut off! That's all what's happening in my office.
Staff don't give a f**k now, no proper management guidance so why should we care.
CUT OFF!!!

Don’t see what the Cwu could do , ofcom have relaxed the rules on the uso , basically letting rm do as they please . All we can do is start on time and finish on time regardless of the workload.

So. Do we not get fined for missing targets anymore? Surely anyone who pays for a first class letter is entitled to a refund if said letter doesn't arrive in 2 days max? Paying for an advertised service you haven't received.

Well it's all based on a lie isn't it.
The suspension of mail on a Saturday has NOTHING at all to do with the Covid 19 Pandemic. It is/was Rico's always intended masterplan to userp the universal service and get rid of that pesky mail and thousands of staff. The Ombudsman wasn't fooled but went along with it as has our Glorious Union although they pretend not to.

End result our customers are not only not getting their mail on Saturday, They are not getting it Monday, Wednesday , pehaps thursday/ well maybe.

Meanwhile Those Ex Posties in their ever expanding tight black pants are busy scratching thier heads and locking closing the Managers office door.

They can make your round as long or short as they like, give you 2 days mail and parcels or 3 days mail and parcels. Just work your hours then go home.
