ENOUGH!!!

Post by weetrogg »

Ive had enough of the moaning, name calling and generally childish behaviour, i voted no an im pissed off but all this apportioning blame to different functions, its just irrelevant bollocks! We know who are responsible, an come the pec elections we will lets them know exactly how we feel!! We now really need to show the same unity and togetherness thhat was shown during the dispute, at my office they tried to remove s.a. for the first week of pressure, so we got together and basically let them know that nobody will be coming in to perform the o.t., so they said fine, came back today and told us we can have s.a. All those DOs who have been told that they cant return to sat times, its simply get your rep and a few workers together and tell your dim thats its there in the agreement and that as of next sat you will revert to the old sat times, badger your area rep to get involved and do not take no for an answer!!! We all know that if all d.o. staff did the job properly a lot of the worst parts of this agreement become unworkable, but doing the job properly also applys in mcs, pulling two yorks at a time, over filling yorkies, bags and boxes, doing the job properly applies to everybody. Anyway lets stop all the silliness and regroup for the big battles ahead, the deals done now let us make the best of it

Take the fight to them

All people have got to do is have enough confidence to take them on, managers don't read the agreement, too many big words. All they need is one NO!!! Now if you want to negotiate, early Saturdays it is then, what no? Oh well we cant talk about flexibility then can we!
Come on, we aint lost :cfo :lfo :cfo :lfo :cfo :lfo :cfo

Its always been Just US...

Post by L Tommo »

Now i say JUST US... But them two words mean so much when JUST a few people start to take the fight to RM and put the ball back in there court...

WORK TO OUR 318's Dont give a inch or a minute.. This has always been the golden rules... But now we ALL have to live n breath the 318's and demand that RM and the CWU stand by agreements in the IA framework.. Then level the playing field as much as we can THEN NEGOTIATE FROM THERE.. In our favour and our strengths .. Not out of a weakness and a beaten spent force that RM think we are after billy bollox n wavey davey fecked us up and done the work for RM...

They think that this is the best deal they could of got for us?????

I DONT THINK SO....

I will make sure i vote for someone different in this next election.... The five who said NO and people with backbone...

But lets not dwell on the PEC and HQ coz its US that matter.... get tight in your DO or RDC, MC's...

Lets keep our options open and work how RM and The CWU have agreed in the past..... 318's and IA Framework....

NEVER LET THE BASTARDS GRIND US DOWN!!!

quite right they may have won the battle but they havn't won the war. Asking you to do extra work for nowt and getting it done are two different things, and lets not forget the stress card if they give you to much grief.

And since (with the odd exception), almost every thread on here has now degenerated into blaming everyone and anyone for laziness, scabbing, voting yes and probably having his/her eyes too close together, those so quick to appoint themselves as a hanging judge might all take note of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIBMWoVfnMY

Was watching the 50s version of it earlier today and it had more than a passing resemblance to the last three days on here.

Flexability!!!

Post by smudger54 »

I had fun the other night turned up for my duty as per 318 to be told "oh your not going there now" So when i asked why it turned out they had put an Eddie Stobarts on it and wanted me to go from my Depot up to NWDC then over to NDC before returning  . It would have meant an a later finnish and more driving, so i thought and then dropped the clanger in thier lap and refused :so there . Well manager went barmy I just replied "Agreement on flexability means you can change my content but NOT my duty times without notice and as i've just walked in thats NO NOTICE" :cool
He went on about but we've covered yours so i said "thanks i'll go home then"
He changed his tune i went to London and the Stobarts guy went up north. :nana :nana
