ive a week booked off beginning of may,holiday to ibiza now cancelled, i would sooner work now and have time off at a later date not bothered if it was early 2021 if i took this leave im may id be bored stiff,are the union doing anything regarding this matter,its not fair on staff who have booked leave now and around this time

Ask your manager if there are any weeks with leave slots available. If there are you should be able to move it to one of them.
