I hadn't heard lapsing had been stopped. We have still been lapsing throughout. We have the odd day without having to do any but most days we are doing lapsing as normal.

its simple , start on time , take your breaks , use the kit and don't take any short cuts and if you don't have time DONT do it , you have a FINISH TIME , regardless what they think or say or do.

why isn't it ? I know it is as we haven't done any lapsing or whatever they want to call it for years and I wont as I give the company nothing for free and work the way as the agreement between royal mail and the CWU , and I wont change as long as i have a hole in my arse and if they want to try then we just take back what doesn't get done , so it is as simple as that :thumbup

Rm aren't paying o/t since when ? our office is run on o/t otherwise it would be a massive fail everyday , and its not our problem that the dutys are well oversized and even more now with the increase of parcels and mail .

Yes lapsing cuts into a 2 hour early finish for some
Finishing only 1 hour 45 min early causes a lot of stress for these people which your lazy awkward bone idle advice does nothing for
This ain't no baseball game, you get only one chance and you blew it.
