Where would we stand legaly?
If we did end up leaving the CWU, and joining other Unions. What would be the legal position in the event of a Strike?
I for one, will never cross a Picket Line, even if it is a CMA one! But would it be classed as Unofficial Industrial Action to refuse to cross another Union's Official Picket Line. If it IS classed as Unoffical Action, where would we stand Legally?
At the moment, if we go out unofficially, we have safety in numbers. If we are split amongst two or more Unions, then that would weaken our position.
