PLEASE, remain strong!!
I fear the consequences of this vote will have a disastarous effect not only on postal workers jobs, but their whole lives!!! To me this is only the beginning, the next twelve months will be very interesting and its for that reason that i would ask people not to desert the union,i fully except the anger and frustration that members feel btu it is after all OUR union, ok so the leadership have proved to be piss poor, thats why us the rank and file have to unite and organise locally i know its not ideal but its our only option. Although im angry and depressed with the way things have turned out, i wont forget the strength and unity shown spectaculally during this dispute and i feel pride and hope because it showed there is still people who care, have morals and are willing to stand up for whats right!! Ward and Hayes you let your members down, we will not forgive or forget!!!!

So we got stuffed but they win even more by our disillusion and division.
Its time to build links locally and nationally. We have "local changes" only if we are isolated.
We have pensions to defend new labour funding to end and to have a say in who leads the union and where.
A busy time ahead.
Stay strong and stick together. Phil.

yes you're right the one thing we need in our union now more then ever is a bit of UNION. If we all stop supporting the union then :lfo :cfo get what they wanted, no union involvement at all, remember this fight aint over yet. Yes i'm gutted that it was a yes vote but i'm not going to leave the union but I will remember certain pepole come election time ( not long off now) and stop paying the paying the politicalphilippo wrote:So we got stuffed but they win even more by our disillusion and division.
