New hours

Been off on leave union rep sent emails out saying he wants to sign off new dutys hours,wants us to finish 15.00 everyday ,what a shambles ive told him to hold fire,as im aware lorrys still coming into office the same time,can i see a higher rep,strange all this stuff usually happens on leave,sadly most of my colleagues are very weak and will just accept this,and management fully know 90% will go in early and start well before there time.

I thought union wasn't supposed to get involved at a local level while the national dispute was ongoing?

Go above them see area rep you will need to know your area for this and I am not asking you on here for that but he will find out about you going over his head as it were so if your ok with that do it you could even think about replacing him if he is that crap!

I suspect all around the country they have been.......
