What does a 30 hour contract come out with weekly? 25 hour?

Hi anyone any idea how much a flat week would come out with, 30 hour also 25 hour? Thinking of reducing.

Just divide your flat week by the hrs you work and then times it by 25 etc

Some staff thinking about packing in ft to go pt as well . Might do it myself , just wish there was still a buy down of hours . Like many of our benefits over the last few years thats now stopped as well i think.

got to agree the worst part of the job now is the first hour and half managers watching you like a hawk we used to have a bit of slack due to going the xtra mile when out on delivery but now they want blood
