Can anybody tell me what the procedure is having added house put on your walk.This has been taken off another walk which has been on that walk for over 5 yrs.We was not informed of the change either.Not realy bothered as there r parts on our walk we would like to be removed as they are off our route.

It’s a Managerial decision for operational reasons. You can ask why you inherited the call but I shouldn’t think your input will sway things much.

Your Aplus duty will need to add it onto your walk as it will need to be sequenced into the walk. Perhaps it was this guy who switched it. As for taking stuff off your walk this will have to be agreed by your manager.

that's not their complaint. he just wanted to know why and what the procedure was. no need to turn his valid query into it looking like they was moaning.

No nothing addef to other walk,i was just trying to find out wot the procedure is.Who agrees to remove or add places to walks
