Is there a national standard agreement for how much you get offered for VR's these days?

No I don’t, but they have ripped machines out because of mail decline so don’t need the staff.

It was a max of 104 weeks x your basic for service above something like 25 yrs . Then a sliding scale below that.

Yes. Although once the volunteers are all used up I suspect it would be last in first out.
