new start contract termination

person started before xmas
contract until september
received letter of contract termination last week
apparently contract states termination can apply any time before contract date ???
thats fine but
1 overtime every morning for pt staff on tracked , ips, prep
usually 6-7 staff every morning
2 sat only contracted persons getting duties all week on overtime
3 full time staff working day off
4 mail failures and packet overtime
5 should vr not be offered to staff wanting out rather than get rid of person who wants the job
no reason given for contract termination
other than i have been told to by higher up out of my hands

Cheapest option for RM , they're not going to give £30,000+ on a VR when they can terminate for free.
